Wilko to launch click and collect across all stores
Wilko is expanding its omnichannel capability by launching a click-and-collect service for the first time across all of its UK stores.
Customers can visit wilko.com to shop online and select the click-and-collect option to find a store near them. Once the order is placed, the chosen store will alert the customer as to when their purchase is ready to pick up in store.
The service is part of Wilko’s aim to offer customers more convenient and flexible ways to shop its wide range of everyday essentials, while also extending its omnichannel offering.
