Value fashion retailer signs at Central Six retail park
TK Maxx has continued its out-of-town expansion drive with a deal on a 14,324 sq ft (1,320 sq m) unit on Standard Life's Central Six retail park in Coventry. The retailer has a five-year plan to double its UK portfolio to 300 outlets, split 50:50 between town centre and retail park locations.

At Coventry the landlord negotiated a lease surrender with the previous tenant Littlewoods and has re-let it to TK Maxx on a 15-year lease at a commencing rental of£27.50 per sq ft (£295 per sq m). Other tenants on the park include Next, Mothercare, Boots the Chemist, Sports Soccer and Gap.
