Crest Nicholson Developments has agreed three pre-lets at The Pavilion, its 36,000 sq ft (3,345 sq m) retail development at Queen's Square, Crawley, West Sussex.
Slater Menswear has taken a 9,400 sq ft (875 sq m) unit on the first floor for its first store in the county. Peacocks has taken the 10,400 sq ft (965 sq m) unit facing onto The Broadway for its first unit at Crawley. Costa Coffee will open a 1,500 sq ft (140 sq m) coffee shop in the corner of the scheme facing into the square.
Construction will start this autumn, with completion expected in autumn next year. The remaining 14,725 sq ft (1,370 sq m) of space will be divided into seven units ranging from 215 sq ft to 5,800 sq ft (20 sq m to 540 sq m).
