Retailing remains one of the most fiercely competitive sectors in British business, but it is also bound by common values and an innate sense of togetherness.

Nowhere was that better demonstrated than at the Retail Trust Charity Ball this week. It was great to see retail leaders come together to raise more than £1m to support people in the industry who face difficult times.


The night was a tribute to the ongoing generosity of retailers and the hard work of the trust itself.
