Test Drive: Just Eat’s AI voice assistant
Rapid delivery platform Just Eat introduced a new AI voice assistant for UK customers with the aim of making ordering easier and more inclusive.
Despite the robotic voice, it was a slightly nicer experience than using a typical chatbot due to the conversational style and ease of using voice instead of typing. With a couple more enhancements, it would be a very useful tool indeed.
