What it does
Shopwave provides retailers with an omnichannel iPad PoS system which enables users to control all aspects of their business through a single interface. Using Shopwave’s real-time dashboard and cloud data and analytics platform, retailers can monitor sales and stock management as well as marketing and data analytics.
By combining stock management and marketing analytics on a single platform, Shopwave users can create promotions during quieter periods or when stock levels are high.
In a recent partnership with outdoor digital advertising company Exterion Media, Shopwave displayed promotions on digital screens in Piccadilly Circus in real time, based on PoS information.
What problem does the technology solve for retailers?
PoS systems are fast becoming a mainstay in multichannel retail as they give store staff visibility into stock levels while remaining on the shopfloor to offer face-to-face customer service.
Shopwave’s technology takes the standard PoS offer a step further by combing a data and analytics platform with a tool to manage inventory and help shoppers with their purchases.
