What it does

Fynder is an online scheduling platform that allows retailers to create events that users can book onto using their desktop, mobile and tablet devices. The layout is customisable and designed to integrate into a retailer’s existing online offer.

“Our core booking product makes it easier for businesses to offer online scheduling by allowing them to enter their schedule and have it instantly appear on their website, Facebook page and mobile app” says founder and chief executive Brian Schuring.

By putting retailers’ scheduled events in an easily accessible online forum, Fynder is designed to increase customer engagement and brand loyalty.

What problem does the technology solve for retailers?

Fynder aims to combine online awareness with offline experiences, allowing bricks-and-mortar retailers to use their online presence to promote their products, services and brand.

The online scheduling tool can be used across various retail sectors, be it grocers offering cookery courses or sportswear retailers promoting exercise classes. Fynder’s service is designed to maximise schedule visibility across retailers’ various digital platforms, allowing customers to hear about retail events without having to be in store.

“Fynder allows retailer’s to conveniently schedule and promote in-store experiences or events featuring their products, all while personalising customer experience and strengthening customer loyalty” says Schuring.
