SimpliField allows users to create multiple formats of field reports that track topics varying from number of sales to store layout and visual merchandising directly from their smartphone or tablet device.

Photos of in-store displays can be photographed and uploaded, and all images are geo-tagged and time-stamped so retail managers can compare store layouts directly through SimpliField’s app.

“SimpliField allows users to accelerate the manager’s decision-making process through its dashboards that organise and show the collected field data, favouring faster reactions and higher sales,” says the start-up’s chief executive and co-founder Benjamin Zenou.

What problem it solves

As the popularity of online retail continues to climb, bricks-and-mortar retailers need to ensure their in-store marketing, sales and operations are as effective as possible.

SimpliField allows retailers to automate all reporting processes, saving in-store staff time without sacrificing insight into merchandising audits, quality controls and customer experience assessments.

“On average, our clients save 45 minutes per day on reporting activities for their field teams and up to 2 days per week on data consolidation for managers that used to struggle with reporting formats spread across emails and spreadsheets,” says Zenou.

“With our solution, sales, marketing and retail managers are able to supervise their field teams and locations in real-time,” he adds.
