Feefo has introduced video reviews as a standard part of its feedback service, allowing shoppers to record testimonials for retail products.

Online review service Feefo has introduced a feature that allows shoppers to record video feedback on retailers’ products and the overall customer experience.

Until recently customers have been able to submit written feedback which is then displayed on Feefo’s website and integrated onto the corresponding product page on a retailer’s website.

Feefo's video reviews are integrated into their website alongside other customer feedback on retail products.

Feefo’s video reviews are integrated into their website alongside other customer feedback on retail products.

However, the online review website, which has retail partners including French Connection, Peacocks and Notonthehighstreet.com, has now introduced a video feedback option that enables customers to record their feedback. It is then included with their review on Feefo’s website, which retailers can also integrate into their website.

Feefo sends shoppers an email inviting them to provide feedback on a product once they have purchased it online as well as to customers who provide their contact information in store.

Chief executive Andrew Mabbutt said: “As the reviews market continues to evolve to keep pace with customer expectations, we believe that video reviews are a fundamental part of leaving feedback.”
