Dunelm unveils AI shopping assistant for customer use
Homewares retailer Dunelm has launched a new AI-powered shopping assistant for customers, Retail Week can reveal.
It allows customers to describe what they’re looking for in their own words, ask questions about products, and receive personalised recommendations. The tool is live within the Dunelm app on iOS.
