Store tour: A look at one of Matalan’s revamped stores
Matalan has been on a road to recovery this year. It is planning a relaunched loyalty scheme and refreshed mobile app, announced former H&M UK boss Henrik Nordvall as its new chief executive, and has just completed a £25m investment in new stores and refurbishments.
The shop was nothing like the day outside, as customers were greeted with warmth, music, and mannequins adorned in sparkly festive outfits.
