Lush, the ethical beauty retailer, is set to open its largest store to date, after securing a 9,500 ft site on Oxford Street.

The ethical beauty retailer, which trades from over 900 stores globally, has taken the site, which is currently occupied by fashion retailers Jack & Jones and Vero Moda.

Lush paid a premium to Bestseller – which owns Jack & Jones and Vero Moda – for the lease, it is understood.

Retail Week reported in 2011 that Lush was been searching for a large central London site in which it had plans to potentially open a Lush spa.

GVA advised Lush on the deal and Harper Dennis Hobbs advised Bestseller.
