Sports Direct hosted shareholders, media and members of the public at its headquarters today for its AGM and tour of its warehouse.

The retailer, which this morning warned that EBITDA for its current financial year would fall to around £300m from £380m last year, has been criticised for working practices in its Shirebrook warehouse and its use of zero-hour contracts. 

A report from RPC, the law firm hired by Sports Direct, yesterday revealed that the retailer has pledged to make a host of policy changes, but that may not be enough to prevent investors from airing their frustrations at the meeting or at the subsequent open day in Shirebrook today.
