Isis Property has signed three more retailers for its 200,000 sq ft (18,580 sq m) Hill Street Shopping Centre in Middlesbrough.

Silverscreen, Play and Greggs have all taken space at the centre.

Silverscreen has taken units 11 and 12, comprising 3,150 sq ft (293 sq m) over two floors on a 15-year lease at£135,00 a year. Play has taken unit 41 - comprising 650 sq ft (60 sq m) on the ground floor and 615 sq ft (57 sq m) at first floor - for 15 years at a rent of£47,000 a year.

Greggs has taken a 10-year lease on unit 37 comprising 730 sq ft (67.8 sq m) on the ground floor and 575 sq ft (53 sq m) on the first floor at£41,400 a year.

ISIS Property head of centre retail Chris Bull said his focus for the coming year would be on upgrading the tenant mix. 'The Centre has been subject to a multi million pound refurbishment in the past couple of years,' he said. 'These latest signings come on the back of that work.'
