Shaftesbury, owner of the Carnaby estate in London's West End, has signed 16 retailers in recent weeks.
The list is headed by boardwear brand Quiksilver's new flagship store, at 11-12 Carnaby Street, where the basement level has been given over to the Roxy women's range.
Other arrivals include a new retail operation from US hip-hop record label Ruff Ryders at 8 Carnaby Street, and Slamminkicks, a trainer shop that specialises in rare imports from Japan and the US, at 37 Beak Street.
The Kingly Court development at the southern end of Carnaby Street is also attracting new names, and latest signings include La Bete Femme, Menu and Black Pearl.
