Aberdeen Property Investors' 121,225 sq ft (11,260 sq m) Turner Rise retail park in Colchester, Essex, is close to full occupancy, following four lettings totalling 55,000 sq ft (5,110 sq m).
Focus DIY has taken 33,480 sq ft (3,110 sq m) and Durham Pine has agreed 10,225 sq ft (950 sq m). Courts, which occupies 31,425 sq ft (2,920 sq m), has sublet 8,075 sq ft (750 sq m) to Carpetright, and Pizza Hut has taken 3,190 sq ft (295 sq m). They join existing tenants Fitness First and Bennetts Electrical.
The retail park, which is asset-managed by API on behalf of Alecta, now has a rent roll of£1.4 million a year, with just one unit remaining.
