Liverpool-based developer Iliad has revealed plans to regenerate the town centre of Rotherham in South Yorkshire.

The town’s All Saints’ Quarter will offer 45,000 sq ft (4,180 sq m) of retail space in a town centre that has been decimated by the nearby Meadowhall and Retail World developments.

The first phase of the scheme – the grade II listed Imperial Building – is to offer 16,990 sq ft (1,580 sq m) of retail space and will be completed next month.
