Pure play Online is facing a shake out as customers begin to understand as the commentator below states that very few items are as featured and you end up paying £10 or more to see it and send it back and then wait weeks on end for a refund .

House of Fraser is by far the worst with uo to 6 weeks for large refunds to come through and if you not careful no refunds coming through until you finally get through to them.

Many others are following suit as they use customers cash to stay afloat .
