Property News - Wycombe Park bags Wickes and Comet

RWE Thames Water's property arm Kennet Properties has signed two pre-lets at itsÂŁ65 million Wycombe Retail Park at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, which will open for trading in autumn 2004.

Wickes has signed-up for a 28,000 sq ft (2,600 sq m) unit with an outdoor projects area, and Comet has agreed to take a 20,000 sq ft (1,860 sq m) unit for a destination store.

Phase One of the mixed-use scheme will provide a 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) retail park, a community centre, two restaurants and 135 homes. Phase Two will include a further 350 homes.

Smith Price and Morgan Williams advised Kennet Properties and are quotingÂŁ30 per sq ft (ÂŁ325 per sq m) on the remaining units.
