Property news - Republic heads for Kent

Centros Miller has signed up Republic as the 30th retailer to take space at its£100 million Fremlin Walk shopping centre at Maidstone, Kent. The retailer has taken a 15-year lease on Unit 13, adjacent to JJB Sports. The unit provides 1,955 sq ft (180 sq m) of ground floor space with a further 1,505 sq ft (140 sq m) on first-floor level. Fremlin Walk is on target for a March 2005 opening.
