Isis Property has signed up two more national retailers - adding to its tenant line up at the 450,000 sq ft (41,805 sq m) County Mall shopping centre at Crawley, West Sussex.
Lingerie brand Virginware has taken a 1,600 sq ft (150 sq m) store on a 15-year lease at£90,000 a year. Dr & Herbs has taken a 600 sq ft (55 sq m) store on a 10-year lease at£41,000 a year.
Isis Property Asset Manager Caroline Bridge said: 'In the past 15 months, we have signed some of the UK's top retailers to the centre. The signing of Virginware and Dr & Herbs is part of our ongoing policy to upgrade the tenant mix and this will remain our focus throughout the year.'
