Primark scooped the ISG Retail Interior of the Year at the 19th ISG Retail Week Interiors Awards last night for its glamorous flagship on Madrid’s Gran Vía.

The awards were presented by actor and comedian Miles Jupp at a starry evening in London’s Park Lane Hilton as retail design’s great and good celebrated another year of innovation and eye-catching work.

The evening also saw Harvey Nichols pick up the award for Best Department Store, Ted Baker won the prize for Best POP/Visual merchandising and Oasis was crowned Fashion Retailer of the Year.

Other winners on the night included Frank Smythson, B&Q, Jigsaw and Waitrose for its stunning store that forms a major element in the redeveloped King’s Cross station in central London.
