Currys turns to Asos to hire new chair

Currys has appointed Ian Dyson, at present the chair of Asos, as its new chair.

Dyson will succeed Ian Livingston as chair of Currys in September.

Aside from his Asos role, Dyson is a former Marks & Spencer group finance and operations director and ex-chief executive of Punch Taverns. He has also been a non-executive director of Paddy Power owner Flutter Entertainment and fooodservice specialist SSP.
