Asos has introduced free returns for all UK customers as part of an overhaul of its delivery options.
It has also recorded 141 same-day delivery orders in the first week it launched the service. The etailer achieved an average basket value of £120, with most orders being of high value.
The same-day delivery service – priced at £16.95 – is available to customers inside the M25 and within a 50-mile radius of Asos’s Hemel Hempstead warehouse.
Asos has linked the front-end of its website with Metapack’s delivery system, which allows the etailer to immediately decide on and display the relevant delivery options based on the postcode that a customer inputs.
