Lingerie etailer is launching an erotic boutique on its site which will offer a “more diverse product portfolio”.

The site on site, named Erotique…behind closed doors, will give consumers a localised destination for more “boudoir-inspired pieces, sensual lingerie and accessories”, according to the retailer.

Erotique…behind closed doors will house the new Figleaves London collection, which the retailer said was inspired by the capital’s exclusive Mayfair, Belgravia and Savile Row areas. It will also stock brands including Maison Close, Implicite, Bluebella and Marlie Dekkers, as well as The Fifty Shades of Grey Collection.

Figleaves product and brand director Sue Herrick said: ”Having spent many years visiting the Paris Lingerie shows, it became so clear a year ago that we must provide our customers with a more risqué collection of lingerie. It was always in my mind however, that we had to ‘do this right’.

“The creative must be stunning, suggestive but beautifully executed and discreetly placed on site. I think I can safely say that our figleaves creative team have produced something exceptional.”

Figleaves is owned by online giant N Brown.
