Brazilian jeweller H Stern is to open its first European stand-alone store in London.

The upmarket jeweller has chosen a property in Sloane Square for its debut according to The Independent.  

The store is currently occupied about by fashion retailer Browns. H Stern has paid a £1m premium to secure the shop.

The retailer has 160 stores in 12 countries worldwide, mainly inside department stores and airports.
