International News - FAO agrees flagship sale

FAO Inc agreed the sale of its Fifth Avenue New York flagship, as well as other FAO Schwarz assets, including its Internet and catalogue businesses. VGACS Acquisition Inc will pay FAO US$20 million (ÂŁ11 million) under the terms of the contract.
