Hotel Chocolat has unveiled its first UK restaurant at the heart of London’s trendy Borough Market.

Named Rabot 1745, the cocoa restaurant opens to the public on Thursday and draws on the menu and design of its Boucan Restaurant, opened on its plantation in St Lucia.

The eatery has been described as the UK’s first gourmet chocolate restaurant. The menu has been created by chef Jon Bentham.
