Space NK has extended its Westfield London site in White City.

The new 2,500 sq ft space, which threw open its doors this week, is four times bigger and has been designed with an immersive customer experience at its core.

Attractions include a new fragrance discovery area – a first for the beauty retailer – which showcases an edit of the “most coveted brands” and a makeup ‘play table’, giving customers the time to experiment with new products at their own pace.

Other draws include two treatment rooms offering facials, pods manned by store experts for those keen to discover more about a brand and a dedicated area for customers to refill their Space NK Hand and Body empties as well as recycle their used beauty packaging.

“The store represents the physical evolution of Space NK – a more customer-centric, welcoming environment with more brands, more choice, more exclusives, all there to be touched and tried together with our expert staff,” said Space NK chief executive Andy Lightfoot.

“With more stores to come from our business in 2023, we are proud to continue to innovate, with our customer at the heart of everything we do.”

Kate Orwin, leasing director UK at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, described the Space NK opening as a “testament to our continued investment in our spaces”.

“Health, beauty and wellness is a rapidly growing sector at our London centres, and the beauty destination’s new flagship store signals the strength and appeal of the brand’s unique luxury offer and customer experience,” she added.

“We look forward to our customers visiting Space NK’s expanded location and discovering a wider range of beauty products and services.”
