Greggs sales soar driven by digital channels and extended trading hours

Greggs reported a surge in sales helped by the growing popularity of the brand and ”greater availability through digital channels and extended trading hours.”

The food-to-go retailer’s total sales soared 19.3% to £1.8bn in the 12 months to December 2023, while shop like-for-like sales were up 13.7% in the same period.
