Fremlin Walk 63 per cent pre-let

Centros Miller has signed up six new tenants, taking a total of 2,380 sq m, for itsÂŁ100 million Fremlin Walk shopping centre development at Maidstone.

Top Shop, Early Learning Centre, Ciro Citterio, USC, KJC Mobile Phones and Thomas Cook are the latest signings, joining a tenant line-up that includes Next, H&M, Etam, JD Sports, JJB Sports and HMV, as well as a 9,300 sq m House of Fraser department store anchor. Rents of aboutÂŁ150 Zone A have been achieved.

The latest deals mean 63 per cent of the 32,500 sq m centre has been pre-let more than two years ahead of opening in March 2005.

A further 7 per cent is in solicitors' hands. The joint letting agents are Churston Heard and Leslie Furness.
