Footwear specialist Shoe Zone has launched a partnership with Royal Mail to expand its collection and returns options for online customers.

The partnership will introduce thousands of Royal Mail return points and will give customers “greater flexibility and choice when returning their online purchases”.

The new collection points and return hubs will be in more than 24,000 locations, including 8,000 Royal Mail shop outlets, 11,500 Post Office branches, 1,200 customer service points and 1,400 parcel postboxes.

The retailer said it was part of Shoe Zone’s “ongoing investment in improving convenience and accessibility for online shoppers”. The retailer has recently implemented free next-day delivery for customers with no minimum spend, seven days a week, across its ecommerce channels.

Head of digital at Shoe Zone Gary Baines said: “More delivery options mean more flexibility and convenience for customers — from collecting an order on the go, to returning it when it suits them.”
