Modella eyes up Wynsors footwear chain for growing stable of retailers
Modella Capital is in discussions to buy up privately-owned retail chain Wynsors World of Shoes.
In 2025 alone, Modella has snapped up several of the UK’s struggling high street brands, including The Original Factory Shop, Claire’s and the high street division of WH Smith, now trading as TG Jones.
