The loyalty scheme aims to elevate the brand experience for customers

The new points-based loyalty scheme officially made its debut in the UK on April 30, 2025, and replaces Seasalt’s traditional stamp card model across its stores as well as with a digital mobile wallet card.

Seasalt said the loyalty scheme aims to “elevate the brand experience” for customers, and rewards all purchases with points.

The loyalty scheme has no threshold spend and 100 points are equivalent to ÂŁ5 to spend on future purchases.

Seasalt called the scheme “easy to use” and said it is a “fair” loyalty scheme that will benefit all consumers, as well as adding that its transition for existing stamp card users will be “seamless” and customers can transfer accrued stamps until the end of June this year.

Seasalt Rewards’ members will also receive birthday gift vouchers as well as exclusive offers, competition entries and sale access.

Seasalt chief marketing officer Amy Thom said: â€œWe have listened to what our customers have been asking for through our Voice of Customer programme, and we’re delighted to meet and exceed their requests through the launch of Seasalt Rewards.

“When our customers speak, we listen. Our valued brand fans are integral to the success of our business and this enhanced loyalty scheme will bring rewards and experiences to our customers that are representative of our Seasalt brand.”

The news follows recent rumours of looming redundancies at Seasalt, as reported by Falmouth Packet in March this year.

The newspaper repoerted that Seasalt was considering a number of redundancies “in order to meet the challenges presented by an ever-changing retail industry”, however the fashion retailer did not confirm the number of employees or departments affected.
