Primark first piloted click and collect in November 2022

Primark will be rolling out the click-and-collect service across its UK store portfolio from today with 18 new stores launching the service immediately. The full 186-strong estate will have the service by the summer.

The fashion retailer said the rollout will offer thousands of products across womenswear, menswear, childrenswear and homeware. Customers will be available to browse and order online at Primark before being collected from two days later.

Primark said the service gives customers across the UK an opportunity to access new and expanded ranges they may have not previously been able to get their hands on.

Primark UK retail director Kari Rodgers said: “We know that our customers love the convenience that click and collect offers, as well as the opportunity to access ranges otherwise only found in larger stores. With the rollout now due to complete in time for summer, we hope this will help make summer holiday shopping that little bit easier.”

The 18 stores launching the service in England and Wales immediately are:

  • Basingstoke, The Malls Shopping Centre
  • Boscombe, Christchurch Road
  • Bournemouth, Commercial Road
  • Cardiff, St Davids Centre
