Value fashion retailer MK One has been bought out of administration by Glasgow-based fashion chain Internacionale.

The deal, understood to have been brokered by Internationale managing director Nigel Fisher, was completed yesterday and sees 85 MK One stores being bought from administrator Leonard Curtis.

It is the second time this year that MK One has been rescued from administration.

Hilco bought MK One from Icelandic investor Baugur for £1 in May and put the chain into administration.

It was bought by founder Mark Brafman together with supplier Bali Singh. Brafman subsequently left the business.
