Quiksilver, Gant and Schuh will all take units at the scheme, which is owned by Grand Arcade Partnership – a joint venture between Grosvenor and Universities Superannuation Scheme.
The centre opened in March and houses 450,000 sq ft (41,805 sq m) of retail space including a 255,000 sq ft (23,690 sq m) John Lewis anchor department store.
Swedish fashion retailer Gant – which was bought by Swedish retail group and Lacoste-owner Maus Frères in February – has taken a 1,600 sq ft (150 sq m) store; its first outside London for five years. Schuh and Quicksilver have both signed for 1,700 sq ft (160 sq m) stores and both are new to Cambridge.
Grosvenor head of retail leasing Neil Barber said: “Gant’s decision to locate its first store outside London for five year’s in Grand Arcade is proof of the pulling power of the scheme and the Cambridge market. The three new brands coming in are a great addition to our tenant mix.”
