John Lewis names new boss as Ruis steps back
John Lewis has appointed a new managing director to succeed Peter Ruis.
John Lewis said that Ruis, who has run the retailer since coming back two-and-a-half years ago to lead a turnaround, “has decided to step down as managing director to pursue new projects”.
