Pets Pyjamas is a pet-friendly travel booking platform and a retailer of primarily higher-end accessories for furry friends. It also runs its own ‘social petwork’ for pet owners to share pictures or breed-specific tips. Each breed page includes tailored travel, accessories and dietary recommendations from the Pet Concierge team. The travel options are primarily UK-focused, although there are a pawful of venues available from South Africa all the way to the US. The standout feature of Pets Pyjamas is its bespoke booking system, dubbed RESMAN, which uses AI to personalise both its recommendations and its search results to a customer’s preset pet preferences and from reviews of those with similar creature comforts.
