Next week is Black Friday and, as we showed in one of our Charts of the Week last week, there are some signs that shoppers could be holding back to make some big purchases during the holiday season.
One of the big unknowns is how AI will factor into research and spending during this golden quarter. With Google launching AI Mode and ChatGPT now one of the top five websites in the world, there are widely held expectations of a shift in how many consumers approach shopping.
