BCSC has shortlisted 10 towns and cities for its annual Town Centre Environment Awards.

Schemes in Bedford, Bognor Regis, Chelmsford, Coventry, Harlow, Perth, Portsmouth, Sale, Sheffield and Walthamstow are shortlisted.

Winners will be announced at the BCSC Conference and Retail Showcase, which takes place in Manchester from November 1.
