Asos has appointed Karen Jones as a non-executive director.
Jones is currently chairman of pub group Food & Fuel and holds other non-executive positions at of Booker Group, Virgin Active Group and Royal National Theatre Enterprises. She joins the fashion e-tailer on September 1.
Jones previously co-founded Café Rouge and the Pelican Group and was chief executive of Spirit Group. She has also formerly been on the board of HBOS and Emap.
