Topshop/Topman, Miss Selfridge, Wallis, Burton, Evans and Dorothy Perkins will take units at the centre, which is anchored by Debenhams and Marks & Spencer.
All six retailers are part of Arcadia Group’s portfolio and are taking a combined 43,340 sq ft (4,025 sq m) of space.
Westfield UK & Europe managing director Michael Gutman said: “We’re delighted to have exchanged contracts with the Arcadia Group. Wallis and Miss Selfridge will return to Bradford city centre in the new Westfield development, while Arcadia stores that are already in Bradford will be able to improve their existing offer.”
The new centre will sit on the 10-acre site in Bradford, bringing a total of 588,000 sq ft (54,625 sq m) of retail space across 100 units.
Out of the new signings, Topshop will take the largest unit, at 17,890 sq ft (1,660 sq m), while Dorothy Perkins and Burton are both taking units of 11,080 sq ft (1,030 sq m).
Anchor stores Debenhams and M&S will occupy 117,300 sq ft (10,900 sq m) and 75,000 sq ft (6,970 sq m) units respectively.
Construction work has begun on the centre, which will have two floors and include an extra 40,100 sq ft (3,725 sq m) of office space, as well as parking facilities for 1,800 cars.
A completion date has not been announced.
