To log back in, head to the ‘sign in’ link in the top-right corner of the page and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, then follow the link to ‘forgotten password’.
You will be asked to enter your email address and then submit the request. If your email address is recognised, you will receive an email. Follow the link it contains, which will log you in so that you can choose your new password.
If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk and spam folders. You may need to add noreply@retail-week.com to your ‘safe senders’ list. If the link expires before you have time to use it, just request another.
