Land Securities has signed more retailers to its Trinity Leeds scheme, where Primark has upscaled to a larger store.

Trinity Leeds, due to open in spring 2013, will be the first major shopping centre to open after a development hiatus this year.

Fossil, Pandora, Swarovski and The Perfume Shop have signed to the scheme, which is 66% pre-let.

Central Retail, Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle are the leasing agents.
