You can’t always rely on British customer service to be the best, but TM Lewin’s King’s Cross store
certainly impressed one retail boss.
Ryman chief executive Kypros Kyprianou visited the store for a scarf, but was offered much more.
He tweeted: “Retail team #TMLewin Kings X majorly on the ball - popped in for scarf, tried to push me to a shirt then a suit #upsell - have scarf!”
Now if any Ryman customers go into store for a pen and end up coming out with a printer instead, that’ll be Kypros in action.
