Branded fashion store expansion continues
TK Maxx is close to meeting its target of more than 20 store openings this year, after taking space at Oswin Developments' Friary Retail Park at Stafford.

The retailer has taken a 30,000 sq ft (2,790 sq m) unit, comprising 20,000 sq ft (1,860 sq m) on the ground floor and a 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m) mezzanine space. A 15-year lease has been agreed at a rent of£460,000 a year, with a rent-free period of three months and break option at the end of the 10th year.
