Julian Graves has taken 645 sq ft (60 sq m) on a 15-year lease at£34,000 a year, with 3 months rent free. Card Crazy has taken 1,410 sq ft (130 sq m) on a 10-year lease at£64,800 a year, with 3 months rent free and Herbmedic has taken a 10-year lease on 240 sq ft (20 sq m) for£28,500 a year.
