Spar wholesaler Tates is to introduce a store management system from Torex across all of its 210 convenience stores.
The Torex Productivity Management application will monitor labour costs, budgeting and customer sales trends, to identify the areas of improvement possible in individual stores.
It will also allow Tates to better manage staff absences, overtime, lateness and holidays. The system has a simple user interface for Tates managers to closely control operational expenditure.
