Deliveroo to launch robot deliveries in London with Coco Robotics
Deliveroo has partnered with a robotics company for autonomous deliveries in London, reducing its reliance on gig-economy ‘riders’.
A spokesperson from Deliveroo noted that the move had been welcomed by local authorities in the UK, recognising it as a “positive sign of support for the innovative new service and job creation the partnership will bring,” they said.
